Sous Chef

Work along side our Executive Chef, the Sous Chef assists/or directs the overall operation of our kitchen. Duties include; prep work during the afternoon and work the line through dinner service. Additionally the Sous Chef will be expected to contribute to imaginative dishes, as well as providing suggestions to overall kitchen improvements. We make most everything from scratch and produce high quality food in a fun and fast paced environment. This is a salaried, full-time position (5 days per week) Tuesday - Saturday.  Additionally, this position will be eligible for paid time off after a minimum waiting period. Other benefits may be available in the future...

Salary: $36,000 - $44,000 / year DOE.

Server/Assistant Manager

Our Servers will work as a collaborative team in the efficient execution of a dinner service to our guests insuring an exceptional experience. In addition this individual will assist the General Manager in the overall operation of the FOH. This includes assisting with: opening & closing restaurant, ordering, inventory, training, and other duties as assigned. Helix serves dinner only Monday-Saturday starting at 4pm. This is an hourly, full-time position (5 days per week) Tuesday - Saturday.

Hourly rate: $7 - $9 / hour, plus tips DOE.

Servers

Our Servers will work as a collaborative team in the efficient execution of a dinner service to our guests insuring an exceptional experience. Helix serves dinner only Tuesday-Saturday starting at 4pm. Apply in person after 4 pm Tuesday - Saturday.

This is an hourly, part-time position (2-3 days per week).

Hourly rate: $6 - $7 / hour, plus tips DOE.
